Just Let Us Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.
COMPETITIVE PRICING / SALON POLICY
Prices
Prices vary on time and the amount of product needed to complete the service. All prices are listed as “starting at prices” All prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included in your bill. Quality service is usually acknowledged by a gratuity of 15-20%. Gratuities cannot be added to credit card transactions.
Deposits
Due to the cost, time and/or complexity of certain salon services, we require a non-refundable $25/$50 deposit for certain reservations, including, but not limited to special occasion styles and color services.
Payment Options
Cash, personal checks, VISA, Master Card and Discover Card are accepted. (no gratuities can be added to credit card transactions)
Gift Cards: Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or gratuities.
Service Satisfaction
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and schedule a redo of your service within 10 days of your service visit. (salon services are non-refundable)

We recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving Hot Locks Salon & Spa to ensure the best appointment time that works for your schedule.
